Pocket Property Manager for Pocket PC is a program developed for Property Owners and Investors. Organize multiple managers with multiple properties at your finger tips. Task list to keep your managers on track with easy task addition and deletion. Add contracting information as tasks with bidding information and contact numbers for quick reference. Quick information view cards to see all information on a single screen with scrolling comments.

This application will help organize your Real-Estate by:
a) Properties per Manager
b) Tasks per Property

Full Contact Manager:
a) Manager - Name, License Number, Phone Number, Fax Number, Email Address, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Comments.
b) Property - Address, City, State, Zip, Manager, Comments, Misc Comments, Units, Rent, Year Built, Frame Type, Square Foot, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Stories, Garages and Tasks.

Open Architecture using Microsoft Access database for easy user maintenance with full backup and restore functions for data safeguard. Use Microsoft Access to create reports and run custom queries to view your data in Spreadsheets, Reports. etc.

Requirements

Pocket PC 2000/2002/2003, MIPS/ARM/SH3, and 100 KB + Database Growth of Available RAM. Familiarity with Microsoft Access to create custom Exports, Queries, and Reports.
